I'm really excited to list this circa 1910 house because the renovations are so amazing--it's right up my alley! The owner (a Class A Contractor and master carpenter) completely gutted the inside, and then renovated it from the ground up using wood milled to historical standards. The custom wrought iron fence in the front yard and the stained glass front door are so cool!

He opened up the entire downstairs, removing interior walls and allowing for an open floor plan with exposed brick and fancy recessed lighting. The floors are bamboo.
There is surround sound in every room of the house, as well as a video surveillance system inside and out.
Are you drooling yet? If not, take a look at this gourmet kitchen! The counter tops are made of rare Crystal Azul granite and the cabinets were hand-crafted by the owner. They are made of lacewood inlaid with black walnut and mahogany. The appliances are high-end Thermador.

The built-in subzero fridge--the grain of the lacewood and ornate details of the wood inlays make the custom cabinetry truly unique.
The master bedroom is huge. The coolest feature, in my opinion, are the skylights above the bed. They open via remote control to the sky and have rain sensors to close them if they sense moisture. It's like camping in your own bedroom (minus the leaky tent and wet sleeping bag.)
The master bedroom has a lovely exposed brick gas fireplace and flat screen tv.

The bathroom also comes complete with a toilet AND a urinal. Not just any old urinal, but a self-flushing one with a motion sensor! That's right! Men, do your business and walk away and the urinal takes care of your business like it's nobody's business. (It really is nobody's business, but don't tell the all-knowing urinal.) I don't know whether this feature is more attractive to men or women--probably the person who has to clean the toilets. But enough about the urinal, there are heated towel racks too. Oh, the luxury.
